Position Overview
The Operations Supervisor is a cornerstone role at RKB Facility Solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to manage Leads based on the work volume of our designated Team Clients. You’ll act as a conduit for all communication from our operations team to the Corporate Facilities Department, ensuring smooth job progression and quality results. Adherence to and enforcement of RKB’s SOPs within your team is a must. This position offers growth opportunities, professional development, and Hands on experience.
Direct Reports
This position oversees Leads, Coordinators, and Juniors. The Supervisor works closely with all direct reports. In the absence of Leads, Juniors and Coordinators may report to the Ops Supervisor.
Position Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of escalation for Leads
- Oversee email monitoring and response
- Track and manage performance metrics
- Assign work orders and conduct regular follow-ups
- Coordinate vendor and client communications
- Ensure compliance with RKB’s policies and SLAs
- Review and approve quotes and invoices
- Provide ongoing team training and support
- Be available for afterhours support as needed
- Run and manage various operational reports

Skills and Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced remote work environment
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer focus and communication abilities
- Proficient in Excel; expertise in Outlook and web-based research
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- High School/College degree or related industry experience
Additional Information
- This is a remote role with physical demands typical of office work.
- Some travel may be required.
