Finance Coordinator (Remote Position)

Position Overview

As a Finance Coordinator at RKB Facility Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless financial operations of our organization. You will report directly to the Director of Finance and be responsible for managing vendor invoices, maintaining our proprietary invoicing system, and ensuring compliance with individual client billing requirements.

Requirements

  • Administer invoices for all work orders.
  • Upload vendor invoices into our proprietary system.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding paperwork and invoices.
  • Follow all procedures for client billing requirements based on individual client specifications.
  • Engage with our vendor network to discuss payments and resolve discrepancies.

Position Responsibilities

  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in finance or accounting is a plus.

Additional Information

  • This is a remote role with physical demands typical of office work.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • 24/7 Availability is required
