Position Overview
Join RKB Facility Solutions as a Coordinator and be at the forefront of managing customer requests for facility services. You’ll work closely with authorized contractors to ensure timely service delivery and uphold our commitment to stellar customer service.
Responsibilities
- Receive and dispatch work orders
- Oversee work orders to completion
- Update Third Party portals and client emails
- Negotiate pricing for successful project completion
- Ensure compliance with IVR systems
- Obtain certificates of insurance as needed
- Collaborate with Team Lead
- Handle daily follow-ups and on call rotation
- Maintain work orders within client and RKB SLA
- Provide stellar customer service
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in the facilities industry
- Prior remote work experience
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Self-driven and a team player
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school/college or related industry experience
Additional Information
- This is a remote role with physical demands typical of office work.
- Some travel may be required.
- After hours rotation may be required.
