The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day management of RKB Facility Solutions contracts. Responsible for directing the operations of the New York metro region to provide quality services to the client by developing and implementing effective operational plans to meet the needs of the client as well as achieving the business-related objectives of the company, in accordance with RKB policies and procedures. The Regional Operations Manager leads the region with business management, sales development, including pricing, lead generation and contract mobilization. The role will report directly to company Vice President. Essential Duties • Enhance current business operations management with a focus on process improvement and efficiency • Ensure all sites operate within budget requirements and work closely with senior management to measure, report and analyze financial performance of the portfolio.

The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for selling company services through direct mail and outbound calls. The Inside Sales Coordinator must initiate sales calls to existing customers to assess the need for services, generates revenue by promoting sales of new and existing service lines, products, and assist customers with issues or requests, and responds to questions regarding service pricing. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be accountable for developing relationships with potential customers, and to assist customers with anything else to maintain excellent customer service. This position is to manage the various vendors necessary for RKB operations. The position will manage sourcing vendors, ensuring corporate processes are followed for legal agreements, SOWs, RFPs and qualifying. This function will ensure that vendors meet deliverables, stay in budget and are effective overall. This position will work cross functionally with procurement, legal, operations and sales to meet corporate vendor requirements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Lead sourcing for vendors in various trades. Write SOWs for various vendor functions. Review legal contracts for terms and conditions; ensure corporate interests are represented. Develop RFPs for vendors. Participate in RFP evaluation process with procurement. Ensure vendor performance meets contractual and project requirements. Monitor vendor pricing with procurement and operations.
